Wrong bag sent - colour completely different to item ordered, despite having requested confirmation that the bag being sent was exactly the same colour as the bag in the picture, I was sent a dark blue bag instead of a green bag. The bag was also made from synthetic leather - not genuine leather as advertised on the seller's website. When I requested a full refund and asked that they make arrangements to uplift the wrong bag for shipping back to the seller, I was offered $10 USD compensation. I opened a dispute, which was subsequently cancelled automatically by the Myeglobal system as I had not instigated the dispute within the accepted timescale (not true). I am now left with a poor quality bag in a colour I definitely did not want. I have purchased three items from three different sellers on Myeglobal - two of those sellers sent the wrong items. I will not be making any further purchases from any Myeglobal seller in the future. There is too much hassle involved.
