Myeglobal has its absolute right to change the policy and Fees Schedule at any time. Changes of the policies are effective after we inform you the notice at least 14days in advance, which also will be posted on the website. We may temporarily change the fees for our services for promotional event or any new service.

These terms of usage are effective unless or until terminated by either you or MyeGlobal. You may terminate this user agreement at any time, provided that you discontinue any further use of this site. MyeGlobal also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice, and forbid you access to the site accordingly, if in MyeGlobal’s sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or rules of this agreement. Under no circumstances, whether in tort, contract, strict liability or otherwise, shall MyeGlobal or any of its employees, directors, officers, agents, vendors or suppliers be liable to you or to any other person for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential losses or damages of any nature arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the MyeGlobal web site, including, without limitation, damages for lost profits, loss of goodwill, loss of data, work stoppage, or computer failure or malfunction, even if an authorized representative of MyeGlobal has been advised of or should have known of the possibility of such damages.

The sellers shall not be responsible for delay in shipment or non delivery of the goods due to war, earthquake, serious flood, fire and other force majeure causes agreed by both parties. However, the sellers shall inform the buyers of such occurrence by fax/telex immediately, shall send by airmail to the buyers a certificate issued by the competent authorities of the place where the accident occurs as evidence thereof for their acceptance. Under such circumstances, the sellers, however, are still under the obligation to take all necessary measures to hasten the delivery of the goods, if the late delivery exceeds ten weeks, then the buyers shall have the right to cancel this contract.

If you have dispute with one or more users, you can release MyeGlobal or any of its employees, directors, officers, agents, vendors or suppliers from claims, demands and damages(actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent. We regard the protection of users’ privacy as a very important community principle. You can access and modify the information you provide and decide not to receive certain communications by signing in your account. We use third parties to verify and certify our privacy principles. This Agreement represents the complete agreement as well as all prior agreements and representations between the parties and supersedes. Headings in this user agreements are for reference purposes only and in no way define or limit the scope of the section. If any provision of this agreement is be unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary and the other terms shall remain in full force and effect. The failure of MyeGlobal to act according to the breach of this agreement by you or others does not constitute a waiver and shall not limit MyeGlobal’s rights. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under law without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Any action or proceeding arising out of or related to this agreement or your use of this site must be brought in the China ShenZhen Court and you consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of such courts.
