Feedback Scores and Your Reputation
You can view an MyeGlobal member's profile by clicking on the User ID or the number
in parentheses next to their User ID. For example, simply click on "3528" to view
the profile for BeadingPlaza (3528)
Feedback Score:
The feedback score represents the number of MyeGlobal members that are satisfied
doing business with a particular member. It is usually the difference between the
number of members who left a positive rating and the number of members who left
a negative rating. In the example shown above, the feedback score is 3531 - 3 =
3528.
Here is what the different feedback icons mean:
= 1 to 10 points
= 11 to 100 points
= 101 to 500 points
= 501 to 1000 points
= 10001 to 5000 points
= 5001 to 10000 points
= 10001 or higher
Positive Feedback:
This represents positive ratings left by members as a percentage. In the example
shown above, the positive feedback percentage is 3531 divided by 3531 + 3 = 99.9%.
All positive feedback received:
This represents the total number of positive feedback received for all transactions,
including repeat customers. In this example, BeadingPlaza has received 6587 positive
ratings
All negative feedback received:
This represents the total number of negative feedback received for all transactions,
including repeat customers. In this example, BeadingPlaza has received 3 negative
ratings.
Recent ratings:
This table shows all of the ratings left for this member during the past month,
6 months, and 12 months. In the example shown above, BeadingPlaza received 1 negative
rating in the past month, 1 in the past 6 months, and 1 in the past one year.
