We test our products before we begin offering them for sale and inspect each pieces of merchandise before we ship any orders. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us, as we will be happy to assist you.
We will ship out the item within 48 hours after the payment cleared, normally you will receive it between 7-14 business days, if you still can't receive the item after 20 business days after your payment, Please contact us to resend it, We can't be responsible for your any loss because of the delay. if you need the item immediately please contact us to change the transport method before paying. At the same time the shipping fees will be different.
Should the item not work on arrival (or be damaged in transit)? Please inform us within 48 hours of receipt of goods, any goods found to be faulty after this valid period may not be exchanged, however each case will be dealt with on an individual bases.
All items can be returned for refund as long as (1) the return request is submitted within 7 days from the date you receive your item and (2) the item has never been used, in its original packaging.Any shipping charges are not refundable.
