Q1. WHAT IS THE FIRST THING I NEED TO DO UPON RECEIVING THE WATCH?

A1. Upon receiving the watch, please wind it. It is likely that the watch runs out of energy during the journey. Wind the watch by turning the crown for about 15 - 20 full turns clockwise. If you know your watch is battery, there is no need to wind it. If your watch has a screw-tight crown, release it by turning it anti-clockwise until it is loose. Then you can wind it for 15 – 20 times clockwise as mentioned. Once it is done, you can screw it tight by pushing the crown inside. Turn the crown clockwise and screw it tight back at the same time. By doing a manual winding of the watch, your watch will start to tick.

Q2. MY WATCH IS AUTOMATIC, WHY DOES IT STOP?

A2. If your watch is a quartz version, it means that the battery has been used up. Please change the battery.

If it is an automatic watch, it is running on stored energy. It gains energy from human hand kinetic movement. When you do not wear it and it runs out of stored energy, it will stop. To make it tick again, you have to wind it for 10 - 12 rounds by turning the crown clockwise. To re-adjust the Day or Date back correctly, it depends on whether the crown is the one adjusting or it is recessed or button pusher. You can then adjust accordingly. For the crown, pull it out lightly once to adjust Date/Day (Most watches are like that). If you pull out the crown out twice, it will adjust Time. If it is a screw in crown, unscrew the crown anti-clockwise and follow the same instructions to adjust Date/Day and Time.

Q3. HOW DO I SET THE TIME?

A3. To set time, you need to unscrew crown anti-clockwise direction if you have a screw-in crown watch. You need to softly and slowly pull the crown out a little bit. The best way to do this is to use first and second finger and use finger knuckle as a lever in order to pull the crown out with as little force as possible. You can feel a little "click"! Now you can set the time by turning it anti-clockwise. This would turn the minute-hour hands forward until you set the right time. When time is set, push the button back and screw the crown clockwise for a few rounds to ensure it is screwed back tight.

Q4. HOW DO I SET THE GMT & LOCAL TIME?

A4. GMT means Dual Time Zone and it usually use a 24-hour clock instead of a 12-hour clock we normally use. GMT can be set with two time zones. A local minute-hour hand time and a GMT (sometimes red) arrow second time zone.

To adjust time, please follow the instructions below:

1. Unwind the crown anti-clockwise softly and slowly until it loosen up. There are two steps of pulling out the button stem. Do not exert too much force here and please make sure you do it lightly and carefully.

2. STEP ONE is for setting the GMT second time zone. STEP TWO is for setting the local time. Pull one-step out is to set GMT and date by winding the button clockwise and anticlockwise respectively. Pull one more step is for setting local time. Pushing the crown inward one step will bring it back to GMT setting. Pushing it two steps will bring it back to normal position and you can wind it back clockwise while pushing it back softly to secure the crown onto the watchcase.

3. Set local time FIRST and then GMT SECOND time zone. When you set local time, GMT time will also be changed at the same time

Q5. I HAVE A QUARTZ VERSION (BATTERY OPERATED) WATCH, WHEN DO I NEED TO CHANGE THE BATTERY?

A5. A new battery will normally last for two years. Depending on time of the last replacement, you would probably need to change battery within two years.

Q6. I HAVE A WATCH WITH DATE, HOW DO I CHANGE THE DATE?

A6. To change date and time you need to do the following. If you have a screw-in crown like a Rolex, you need to turn the crown anti-clockwise for a few rounds until the crown is loose. Then you need to pull the crown out softly by using your thumb’s nail and first finger’s nail. Please do this softly to avoid breaking the stem. You should feel a "click" here. There are two steps when you pull the crown out. The first step is for setting the date (and Day if you have a Rolex Day-Date). The second step is for setting the local time (see Q2 and A2 for details). You can only set Date forward by turning the crown in one direction. When you are done with setting date and time, push back the crown and wind it clockwise for a few times to lock it.

Q7. WHAT IS SCREW-IN CROWN? HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM OTHERS?

A7. A Screw-in crown will lock into the case of the watch when you turn the crown clockwise toward the watch case. It will tighten when it is screwed tight. Most Rolex watches use Screw-in crown. When you want to wind your watch, you have to un-lock the crown by turning the button anti-clockwise until you see the crown comes out of the watch a little bit, about 1.0 to 1.5 mm. Do not force the crown to come out cause it will easily break the stem link with the watch. When the crown comes out, you can then wind it, adjust time, date, day just like other watches. To lock it, slowly turn it and push it toward the watch until it is locked tight. NO need to apply extra force after it is tight! For most other non screw-in crown watches, you just wind it, adjust time, date, day without the need to un-screw the crown.

Q8. WHAT IS A RECESSED PUSHER? HOW IS IT DIFFERENT FROM THE PUSHER BUTTONS THAT ARE NOT RECESSED?

A8. Recessed pushers are button that are designed in a way that the button is inside the watch body, mostly for appearance purpose. Many times, there are too many push buttons on the watch already and making recessed pushers will help to save space and makes it more desirable in looks. Usually, recessed pushers are for setting date, year or day, etc. Use a ball-point pen to push the recessed pusher all-the-way and release fully will make it change accordingly. Repeat the process until you set the right information. Do not push half way or release half way, it will sometimes cause the gear to change half way and make it show the wrong information and it might damage other mechanical parts in the watch’s movement.

Q9. I HAVE A ROLEX DAYTONA WITH VALJOUX 7750B1 MOVEMENT WITH FUNCTIONAL CHRONOS, HOW DO I USE THE STOPWATCH FUNCTION?

A9. The Daytona has chronograph buttons, which has a protective-screw lock for protection. This is a unique feature for Rolex Daytona. When you need to push the button, you need to un-wind the protective-screw to the level of the inside button, then you can push the button and press the button. Be sure to push it all the way and fully release it when pushing. Pushing halfway may cause it to stop half way and cause mechanical problems.

Q10. WHAT IS A TACHYMETER AND HOW DOES IT WORK?

A10. It is a scale on the dial. In fact, many sports version watches have it either on the rim or bezel. In conjunction with the second hand, it gives the speed of a moving object. A tachymeter takes a value determined in less than a minute and converts it into miles per hour. For example, a wearer could measure the time it takes a car to pass between mile markers on the highway. When the car passes the second marker, the second hand will be pointing to the cars speed in miles per hour on the tachymetric scale.

Q11. HOW DO I USE THE STOPWATCH FUNCTION ON VALJOUX 7750B1 MOVEMENT TO AVOID DAMAGE TO IT?

A11. To avoid damaging the delicate mechanisms of the Valjoux 7750b1 movement you need to follow the instructions listed below to take care of it:

If your Valjoux 7750b1 has DATE function, DO NOT ADJUST the date when your time is between 10:00 to 3:00. It will damage the internal gears unknowingly if you do that. The BEST WAY is to manually adjust the time to 6:00 and then adjust the DATE after that.

If you are using the chronograph functions of the Valjoux 7750b1, always make sure that to start the stopwatch, you depress the pusher button on top and also to STOP the stopwatch, depress the same pusher button.

REMEMBER: START & STOP is TOP Pusher Button

ONLY after you STOP the stopwatch, then you depress the lower pusher button to RESET the stopwatch function. DO NOT DEPRESS the lower pusher button when the stopwatch function is running. ONLY Depress the lower pusher button after you STOP the chronograph.

If you follow the instructions carefully, your watch will last you a long time. Naturally watches may not last a lifetime since they aren’t made to COSC standards and neither are they SWISS GENEVE made or stamped. Remember a replica is always a replica but do enjoy them as at a fraction of the cost, these cosmetically perfect replicas are a joy to wear, aren’t they?

Some additional 7750/7750b1/7753 Valjoux Movement Information

*Please read them before u play with your watch that has above movement

1. How do you set date on 7750 or 7753 or 7750b1 or any movt with date chrono/ automatic?

Do not activate the chrono until you have done all these steps as mentioned

When you receive your piece, please remember to handwind the piece for about maybe 50 rounds, so to generate enough power reserve. Then you shake the piece like a "mad cow" for 3-4 minutes to generate more power reserve (If necessary)

Then pull the crown out to adjust the hour hand manually to determine when is am/pm. See the date change - then you will know when is am/ pm. Make sure you know when is am/ pm before you proceed

Make sure you do not adjust the date between 10pm-3am ever!!! Do not ask me why because it just works this way. if you adjust between 10pm-3am, the date will jam or go half way.

After u have confirmed the am/ pm…..u can adjust the crown to get to the desired date you want.

As for the timer hand to reset back to zero, it is pure luck….u may have perfect reset, or less than perfect reset. My Genuine Rolex Daytona did not reset back to zero after 3 months. By the way, make sure everytime you activate chrono, you have enough power reserve. Have fun!!!

About the Product

Top Ten Myths about Replica Watches:

Lie #1: The best replica watches are made in Switzerland, followed closely by Italy.

-- This is the biggest lie of all. All replica watches are made somewhere in Asia, mostly China. Saying that replicas are made in Switzerland or Italy is a lie intended to extract more money from the ignorant.

Lie #2: Replica watches are graded according to quality. C (or whatever) is the lowest and AAA+++ (or whatever) is the highest.

-- Who decides what is "C" and what is "A"? The "International Replica Watch Governing Board"? Pure nonsense designed, again, to get more of your dollars.

Lie #3: The movements in "Swiss made" replicas are identical to the genuine watch movements. 27 jewel movements are the best.

-- (See Lie #1 for "Swiss made".) Far from the truth. Very few replica watch movements come from anywhere but China and any watchman can immediately tell it`s not genuine. There are no 27 jewels movements in replica watches; only 25, 21, or 17.

Lie #4: The best replicas are 99% true to the genuine and will even fool an Authorized Dealer (AD).

-- Not true. While some may be close (picking a number is impossible) to the genuine, all replicas are flawed. Do you really think you can spend $200 or less and get a watch that`s 99% identical to a $4,000-20,000 watch? As for fooling authorized dealers, maybe. Common clerks are easily fooled, but seasoned authorized dealers, upon close inspection, will know it`s a replica.

Lie #5: The gold on "Swiss grade" replicas is much higher than on other replicas. The crown, bezel, and mid links are solid gold and the full-gold replicas are 5-wrapped (or 6-wrapped, or whatever).

-- While a few models have been shown to have solid gold mid links (Rolex replicas), the rest of the watch is gold plated or double or triple wrapped gold.

Lie #6: The best Rolex replicas are made with 904L grade steel.

-- Big fat lie. Good replicas are made with 316L quality steel. Rolex is the only company that uses 904L steel and it costs 3 times as much as 316L (one reason why they are so expensive). Replicas are not made with 440 steel, either.

Lie #7: Buying a replica watch is risky, but not if you use sellers from "Replica Review" sites.

-- What most people don`t know is the "review" sites are owned and operated by the people who run the sites they recommend--it`s very incestuous. These "review" sites are clever and it`s easy to get taken in by their lies.

Lie #8: You can tell you`re getting a good watch after a thorough examination of the web site.

-- If you think everything displayed on every web is true, you deserve to be fleeced. Scam sites lie about everything, from the quality of their goods to their pledge to make sure every customer is happy. Many even post pictures of genuine watches, but send you junk.

Lie #9: Picking a good seller will always result in getting a good watch, one I won`t have trouble with.

-- We wish. Quality control in replica watch factories is hit-and-miss, but mostly shoddy. One batch may be great while the next produces watches that are DOA. (Remember, making replica watches is illegal, even in China. Replica watch "factories" are usually small operations that can be easily moved or hidden from prying authorities.) What is true, though, is that we will try to fix whatever is wrong should the occasion arise.

Lie #10: Paying by COD is the best way to get the cheapest price. Plus, I can examine my watch before paying the courier to make sure I get what I paid for.

-- A really dumb thing to do and a huge red flag that you`re dealing with a true scammer.  Unless you are a jeweler, and you are going to take the watch apart before paying the COD fee, this is really just a way for the scammer to remain anonymous and take cash from you as opposed to credit card, and be completely untraceable.

One final point. Remember, replica watches are counterfeit goods. While it is not illegal to purchase or possess replica watches in most countries, it is illegal to sell them in many.  My sites, through extremely creative marketing, flashy design, and excellent pictures manage to sell customers the same Panerai and Omega models that we sell for up to five times the price.  Just because a website is brilliantly designed with expertly taken pictures, does not mean that it is not a scam of one type or another.  We are aware that there are hundreds or thousands of websites offering watches for sale on the internet, the vast majority offering lower quality products.  The ultimate decision to buy resides with the customer, who is responsible for sifting through the lies and marketing, and locating a reputable dealer.

                   Movement Quick Reference Guide

ETA 2824-2
One of the more common automatic ETA movements. Commonly found in replicas requiring a standard dial and date wheel. Beats at 28,000 BPH (beats per hour)

ETA 2836-2
Similar to the 2824-2, but this one allows for day/date function.

ETA 2892-2
A thinner movement similar to the 2824-2. This model is also capable of 28,800bph.

ETA 2893-2
Based on the 2892-2, but capable of allowing a GMT function as well.

Asian 21j
This is one of the most common automatic movements. There are many versions of this movement. Most have proven to be reliable and affordable alternatives to the ETA version. Ticks at 21,600bph.  The Asian 21 Jewel movement is almost always Chinese in origin, and it is a work horse movement.  Extremely reliable, for long periods of time, this simple movement typically just has one set of hands and a date wheel.  The simplicity of the movement itself makes it very reliable.

Asian 7750
This is a chronograph movement that is up for much debate. Has subdials at 12, 9, & 6 that dictate 30 minute counter, running seconds, and 12 hours counter respectively. Reliability is constantly up for debate, but the general consensus is that if the watch has running seconds at 9, and is well maintained, you will have a replica that will be reliable. The number one rule with an Asian 7750 is to NEVER change the date while the time is between 10 o’clock & 2 o’clock. Also never reset the chronos while they are running. Both actions may cause damage to the movement.

The 7750 with seconds running at 6 is generally the same as the running seconds at 9 version, with an additional module that allows for the seconds to run on the 6 o’clock subdial. This movement is not very reliable, and you should proceed with caution should you decide to purchase a replica with this version.

Swiss 7750/7753
This movement has become very expensive as of late and is not being offered in many replicas anymore due to the price increase. However, this is a great movement and far more reliable than the Asian version. Buy with confidence.

Asian 7753
Similar to the 7750 in that it is an automatic chronograph movement. Subdials are located at 3, 6 & 9. Same issues with reliability.

Asian 2824-2 Copy
A newer movement that has only recently hit the market. This is similar to the 21j, but it beats at the faster and more accurate to genuine, 28,000bph.

6497 Hand Wind Movements
The 6497 movement is used in larger hand-wind watches such as Panerai, IWC FA Jones, Omega Railmaster and other large replica watches.  There are both "Asian" and "Swiss" 6497 movements available at differing prices.  The average difference is about $100.  A simple rule to always follow; wind the watch until it stops and you can`t wind it anymore. Until and unless you have reached the full stop and can`t wind anymore, you have not fully wound the watch.  The Asian 6497 models may be slightly more sensitive to harsh over-winding, where the user fully winds the watch, and then, despite the resistance, continues to attempt to wind it and eventually breaks something.

This movement beats at 18,000 BPH.  Power reserve is 46 hours.  This movement has been around in one form or another for over 70 years, and was used in vintage pocket watches.  After shipping these movements out for quite some time, it has been our experience that watches based on these movements are very seldom damaged during shipping. Also refered to on our site as "Basic 6497" and "Upgraded 6497".  The "Upgraded" version usually refers to a 6497 that has a swan`s neck regulator and other minor upgrades.

 The Venus 175 Movement
Chronometer movement, manual wind. Good movement, well designed and built, does suffer from jerky seconds hand once in a while. Not bad as delivered, clean, oiled so and so. 21,600 BPH.  Typically seen in Omega Moon watches, Roger Dubuis, some discontinued Panerai models, and other assorted brands.  It has been our experience that these movements are extremely reliable.  We have never had one of these movements damaged during shipping.

                            Common Questions

 What is BPH?

BPH is the number of beats per hour.  A watch with a 28,800 BPH ticks and tocks 28,800 times per hour, meaning the balance wheel makes this number of swings clockwise and counter-clockwise every hour. Each swing is a "Tic" (or Toc) and the number per hour, divided by 60 minutes, and 60 seconds, will tell you how smooth the seconds hand runs. In this instance, you have 8 "Ticks/Tocks" per second, and the hand will appear to "Sweep" across the dial, this is the smoothest you can get. Other common BPH are 21,600 (7750, Venus 175) 6 ticks per second, and 18,000 BPH (ETA 6497-1 manual wind PAM models), 2.5 ticks per second.  This is why older 7750 movements do not sweep as smoothly as ETA movements or newer 7750 movements.  This is also why watches that use the 6497 movement typically do not have seconds hands in the center, but usually as a smaller sub-dial instead.
